Processing credits
Credits are a contractual unit for prepaid PsyProxy processing. They are not currency, a bank account, a gift card, or transferable stored value. They cannot be redeemed for cash except where law requires.
Charges and estimates
The interface displays the applicable usage basis and an estimate before a paid run when practical. Final usage may depend on processed words, selected lenses, systems, or other disclosed units. Taxes, if applicable, are added as required.
Expiration and renewal
Purchased credits do not expire during beta. Promotional credits may expire only if the expiration is disclosed when issued. Beta accounts do not automatically renew or automatically purchase additional credits.
Failed runs and refunds
When a run fails before completing, the system automatically restores the applicable unused processing credits according to measured progress and the displayed billing rule. Duplicate retries are not charged twice when the run idempotency controls identify the same charged run. Contact kai@psyproxy.ai if a restoration does not appear.
Except for failed-run restoration, credits and completed processing are nonrefundable unless the order says otherwise or law requires a refund.
Model Store publisher credits
Eligible on-platform use may credit a publisher under the rate shown for that model. Reversed, fraudulent, failed, self-dealing, or policy-violating use is ineligible. Off-platform execution generates no PsyProxy publisher payment.
