Use PsyProxy lawfully and with authority
- Submit only data you are legally and contractually permitted to process.
- Give required notices and obtain required consent or research approval.
- Respect intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, and publicity rights.
- Follow export, sanctions, employment, education, health, consumer, and anti-discrimination laws that apply to your use.
Prohibited decisions and profiling
- Do not use PsyProxy as the sole or determinative basis for employment, education admission or discipline, housing, credit, insurance, health care, legal services, public benefits, or another consequential decision.
- Do not secretly infer or profile a person's mental health, emotions, personality, vulnerabilities, or sensitive traits.
- Do not conduct surveillance or monitor workers, students, patients, or consumers without lawful notice and authority.
- Do not claim that PsyProxy provides a diagnosis, clinical assessment, lie detection, or crisis evaluation.
Prohibited harm and abuse
- No harassment, stalking, discrimination, exploitation, deception, or facilitation of physical or psychological harm.
- No unlawful content, malware, credential theft, security testing without written permission, denial-of-service activity, or attempts to bypass controls.
- No scraping, resale of access, or automated load that violates published limits.
- No submission of regulated data blocked by the Regulated Data Notice.
Research safeguards
Researchers should minimize data, de-identify where feasible, document construct validity and limitations, use independent human review, and avoid treating proxy scores as ground truth about a person.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected abuse and limit, suspend, or terminate use. When appropriate, we may preserve evidence, notify an affected customer, or comply with lawful requests. Report suspected misuse to kai@psyproxy.ai.
