Orders and precedence

An order identifies the account, services, term, pricing, limits, and any custom lenses or support. The order controls over these Commercial Terms for a direct conflict; the DPA controls for personal-data processing; the Terms of Service otherwise apply.

Organizational rights

An Organizational account may use Results internally and to develop or operate products and services. It may not use PsyProxy, its nonpublic materials, processes, data, or content to build or test a competing product for automated psychological-construct extraction or scoring from language. The customer's own Input is excluded from this restriction.

Customer responsibilities

  • Administer authorized users and promptly remove access no longer needed.
  • Maintain a lawful basis, required notices, and permissions for Input.
  • Use the service within the order, Acceptable Use Policy, and Regulated Data Notice.
  • Validate Results for the intended use and maintain human oversight.

Fees, term, and publicity

Fees and payment terms appear in the order. Beta self-service accounts do not auto-renew. PsyProxy may not use a customer's name, marks, or case study publicly without written permission.

Liability

PsyProxy's aggregate liability for an Organizational order is capped at fees paid or payable for the affected order in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, subject to the exclusions and nonwaivable rights stated in the Terms.
