Copyright notice

Send a written notice to kai@psyproxy.ai identifying the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing PsyProxy material and URL, your contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized, and your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

A publisher may send a counter-notice identifying the removed material, consenting to jurisdiction as required by applicable law, stating under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and providing contact information and a signature.

Repeat infringement and other rights

We may remove material and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. This process also accepts well-supported reports about trademark, privacy, confidentiality, data-license, or other rights, although the statutory DMCA process applies only to copyright.

PsyProxy will publish its registered DMCA agent information after registration is complete. Until then, the contact above reaches the company directly but is not a representation that federal designation has been completed.
