Do not upload through self-service
- Protected health information subject to HIPAA or similar identifiable clinical records.
- Education records subject to FERPA.
- Personal data about children or people under 18.
- Face, voiceprint, fingerprint, gait, or other identifying biometric templates.
- Government identifiers, payment-card data, passwords, authentication secrets, or precise location data.
- Data a contract, license, employer, platform, or institution prohibits you from giving to a service provider.
No implied special compliance program
PsyProxy has not signed a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement or FERPA-specific agreement with self-service users and does not describe the public service as HIPAA-compliant. Marketing language, an Organizational account, or an IRB approval does not create such an agreement.
Separate agreements
Contact kai@psyproxy.ai before uploading if the project may require regulated-data processing, data residency, a custom retention period, private compute, or special security controls. Permission exists only in a signed agreement that identifies the permitted data and controls.
