Research authority
You represent that your protocol, IRB or ethics approval, participant notice or consent, data-use agreement, and institutional policy permit the proposed vendor processing and international transfer. PsyProxy does not review or approve your research protocol.
Minimize and de-identify
- Remove names, contact details, direct identifiers, and unnecessary free-text context.
- Use project codes instead of participant identifiers.
- Do not upload a re-identification key.
- Limit columns and rows to what the analysis requires.
Sensitive and regulated studies
Self-service accounts may not process identifiable PHI, FERPA records, child data, identifying biometrics, or data barred by a license or contract. A university affiliation or IRB approval does not override this restriction. Contact kai@psyproxy.ai for a separate assessment before upload.
Publication and reproducibility
Individual and Academic accounts may publish Results in scholarly work with appropriate citation, limitations, and disclosure of model-assisted measurement. They may not use Results to develop products or services without an Organizational agreement.
